Happy Birthday. I’m glad you’re here for another year – you are one site that defies classification – I’ve told friends you’re kind of a search engine, reference source, fact checker and generally end up saying just go take a look – either they go wow and become a regular or go huh? and stick with the big G. Looking forward to another year

Renauld and Wayne, Can you provide us with a sample input that returned this result? We are happy to look into this further. Thank you.

Just purchased the iPad app and I’m getting the same error as others. It doesn’t matter what I enter, it gives me the error

Hi J Cochrane. Can you provide us will a few inputs that you tried so we can duplicate the error. We’re happy to look into this. Thank you.

i got “Error Could not parse results.” i just buy it yesterday 11/22/10 is there anyway to fix the application or to get my money back

Posted by daniel November 23, 2010 at 1:15 pm

I agree. No matter what i search … eg Eiffel Tower, or even some of the examples supplied in my iPad app I cannot get anything! “Could not parse results”.

Very frustrating. Any chance of getting it fixed or getting my money back?

I had bought WA app on my Iphone 4 yesterday (7th March 2011). I too got “Error Could not parse results” with any thing I type. This seems to be a problem at my work place, where the connection is through the proxy server with password. It worked fine at my residence with wifi connection. Can you give suitable solution so that I can operate at work place too?

    Thank you.

I bought the wolframalpha app recently and it keeps staying “Error Could not parse results”. When I type in math stuff it says parse error for plots. When I go to the official website, there is no problem.

I’m a Korean man. I had bought Wolfram Alpha app on my Iphone 4 yesterday. But I got `Error Could not parse results.’ Solve this problem for me.

I’m in the same situation of other guys… “error could not parse results”!!! What can I do to resolve??

Posted by IlTeo March 16, 2011 at 7:40 am

Same error as others here. I purchased it yesterday. I input, for example, FTSE 100 and the result never shows up. Other times I get the parse error. Please help, Wolfram Alpha is such a great app, I really need it to work.

I had the same problem (could not parse results) on my iPad but today it started working fine. I don’t really know what changed but since it’s ok now, I’m a happy customer.
