We are happy to announce that today we are releasing two more Wolfram|Alpha-powered Reference Apps for iOS: the Wolfram Mortgage Calculator Reference App and the Wolfram Words Reference App.

The Wolfram Mortgage Calculator Reference App provides basic and advanced options for fixed and adjustable rate mortgages and bonus features to assist with your home buying decision. It includes adjustable rate mortgage calculators for 1-, 3-, 5-, and 7-year periods and various rate cap structures and a depreciation calculator for investment property depreciation, as well as bonus information on housing prices, utility prices, and current interest rates.

The Wolfram Words Reference App is more than just a dictionary, providing synonyms and acronyms, information about words through history, and tools for solving word puzzles. With the Wolfram Words Reference App, it is easy to calculate popular word game scores and find possible words using your letters; to look up historical crossword puzzle clues or enter specific letters to find word possibilities; and to find the common definition of a word as well as its pronunciation, first known use, origin, inflected forms, and general usage.

Both the Wolfram Mortgage Calculator Reference App and the Wolfram Words Reference App can be found on the iTunes App Store for $1.99 and $0.99, respectively. More information about these and all of our other apps can be found here.
