Your life must not have much going on in it if you remain shocked for months that software developers enjoy being paid to work.

for each pair of functions, find f(g(x)) and g(f(x)).
f(x)= 2x squared + x-7,g(x) = – 3x – 1

The best places to use Wolfram|Alpha to study, my house and the MathLab at my college, don’t have wireless. So, I think it would be best to have a non-internet based version that does only mathematical calculations, such as finding the determinants of n x n matrices, integrals, etc. It would be a valuable asset to students without Wi-Fi access. I won’t need all the other things that are dependent on the internet, and I don’t really care about things I can find on Wikipedia, like MJ’s date of birth and death. So, a lite, non-internet version of W|A, please???
Please can we have a blog on surprising discoveries arising from Wolfram Alpha checking its data for consistency.

I second the call for the Wolfram Alpha app on the Android App Market. Android Apps are written in Java, so the WA team should be able to hammer out the same app in half the time as writing it in Objective-C. 😉
not that im an expert, but knowing many of my friends and certainly myself, this would make more money and become a top selling app @ $10 or less. Any word on upcoming sales? i want it, but am not a millionaire.
